— About JSimple

A studio that's been making technology simple for fourteen years.

JSimple was founded in 2011 with a single, stubborn belief: if technology doesn't make the user's life simpler, it has failed — no matter how impressive the engineering. That principle is why we built Velzora and Lociro, why we still operate platforms we shipped a decade ago, and why our clients keep coming back.

Our Mission
Bridge the gap between technology and business goals — by making things simple.
Our Vision
Win people's hearts and minds by making things simple.
The person behind JSimple

Why JSimple exists.

Jag Singh Founder & CEO, JSimple

Innovation is not adding more technology. Innovation is removing friction so people can move faster, serve better, and make clearer decisions.

Before JSimple, Jag spent years deploying SAP and Oracle ERP for Fortune 100 companies at Diageo — building and managing core HR and benefits systems at the scale where bugs become news stories.

He founded JSimple in 2011 with a single operating belief: if technology doesn't make the user's life simpler, it has failed — no matter how impressive the underlying engineering. That principle is why our products exist, why we keep building custom systems for businesses with real operational stakes, and why we still run platforms we shipped a decade ago.

His other line — "If the product experience is not as simple as shopping on Amazon, we have failed the concept of simplicity" — gets cited internally more than he probably realizes.

Our story

Fourteen years of shipped systems.

Not a pivot, not a rebrand. A continuous arc from custom enterprise software to productized AI — driven by one belief that hasn't changed.

2011
JSimple founded
Jag Singh leaves Diageo after years of Fortune 100 SAP and Oracle ERP work. JSimple opens with one principle: technology that doesn't simplify has failed.
2012–2018
Enterprise track record
Custom software for The Hartford, Time Warner, Garrity, ICM, CI Dining, and others. Healthcare dashboards. Event platforms. Construction operations. Platforms we still operate today.
2019–2023
AI practice deepens
Fine-tuned models. RAG systems. Document intelligence. Built SourceOwls — an AI-powered recruitment marketplace — with Dean Garamella. AI moves from "experimental" to "operational" across our client work.
2025
Velzora.ai launches
The AI front desk for growing companies — productized from years of customer-facing AI work for enterprise clients. Live with multiple production customers including a major multinational, a CT-based healthcare provider, an insurance claims firm, and Sleep Centers of CT.
2026
Lociro.ai launches
One governed AI workspace for your whole team. Born from watching our own employees adopt AI faster than governance could keep up — built first for ourselves, now available to other SMBs.

What we stand for

Four principles. No exceptions.

01
Honesty & integrity
If we can't deliver it, we say so. If we make a mistake, we own it. No NDA-laundering, no overpromising.
02
Customer-centric
Your problem is the project. Not "an opportunity." Not "a use case." We build for the person actually using it.
03
Innovation that matters
We don't chase trends. We use AI where it genuinely removes friction — and ignore it where it doesn't.
04
Ownership of work
We're still operating platforms we built ten years ago. That's not a tagline. That's how we run.

Meet the people behind it.
