The Guard And Learn app is built by JSimple LLC and the app is provided free of cost with some paid features which can be bought inside the app and the app is intended for use as is. This page (the “Privacy Policy”) sets out the policies and procedures which Guard And Learn (“Guard And Learn”, “we”, “JSimple” or “us”) has put in place to protect the privacy of our users.
We will collect certain information when Guard and Learn is installed and/or purchased, this will include, but is not limited to the name, age, address, password, and email address of you and any of the users of the device(s) to which you install Guard and Learn. This information is given by you in order to set up a valid account with us.
We will not sell, use, or disclose any data for any purpose with third parties. Installed app data is uploaded to domains owned by us.
As part of the services provided to you by us, we will automatically receive and record non-personal information on the applicable server logs from your browser (and the browser of any devices for which you installed Guard and Learn), including IP address, cookie information, and the web page requested.
